Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform two services by one set of hot-water supplier and prevent fire or contamination of air by a method wherein branch pipes are branched from a hot-water sending pipe for a gas hot-water supplier and the branch pipes are distributed to respective rooms to perform the floor heating and hot- water supplying. CONSTITUTION:Hot-water in the gas hot-water supplier 1 heats the pipelines under floors in the rooms necessitating heating through the water sending pipe 7 and the branch pipes 8 whereby the rooms may be heated. The pipelines are arranged in respective rooms and opening and closing valves 9 are operated in accordance with necessities to supply the hot-water into the indoor pipelines and effect the floor heating arbitrarily.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, apart from the floor heating method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-52129, with other conventional heating devices, the method of using the heat source is fixed and cannot be diversified. Therefore, the maintenance cost is high, and when using a kerosene stove, there is a risk of fire, unclean indoor air, and lack of uniform heat retention throughout the room, especially in apartment buildings (manufactured buildings). ), etc., in addition to the above problems, not only did dew condensation and dampness occur on the indoor walls facing outside and inside the closet in winter, but also there were additional problems such as strong impact noise from upstairs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention was made by focusing on the conventional problems particularly in apartment complexes. The above-mentioned problem can be solved by installing branch pipes into the floor of each room in an arbitrary shape and circulating the hot water in the pipes to perform both functions of floor heating and hot water supply with a single water heater. The purpose is to resolve the issue.

(Embodiment) FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the heating piping shown in FIG. 1 is specifically installed in a housing complex. (12) is made of reinforced concrete, and if it forms the framework for the construction of an apartment complex, it will be constructed on the floor slab (18) according to the number of units and on each floor according to the number of floors. And if it is downstairs, it will be built on the embankment (14). Cover it with a vinyl sheet (15), fill it with concrete (16) to form the foundation of the floor, and then fill it with foam narrow & (17).
A hot water pipe (18) was installed on top of the large area to fit the living room and filled with Seven A/(19), but a wire mesh was placed inside the mortar μ (19). After drying, place a tatami mat, car, bed, etc. on top of the mortar/l/(19) and live there. In this case, expansion joints are provided on the contact surface with the wall, and a heat insulating material (2o), such as expanded polystyrene, is pasted on the wall surface, and the surface is coated with pufster or mortar, and cloth cloth or plastering is applied. Perform finishing touches. A ceiling board (or gypsum board) is attached to the ceiling, and the ceiling board is suspended using anti-corrosion rubber-filled ceiling hangings.

Next, in order to construct the floor surface of the living room on the upper floor, that is, on the second floor or above, first place a cushioning material (20
) For example, it is constructed so as not to cause discomfort to the residents downstairs by laying down felt, coconut fiber, or styrofoam, etc. to muffle the impact noise of daily life, and then constructing a floating floor on top of the floor. In the housing complex (condominium) constructed as described above, a gas water heater (1) installed every month is used as a heat source. That is, hot water heated by a gas water heater as in the past passes through the water supply pipe (7) by driving the circulation pump (6), and when the opening/closing ball valve ζ9) of the necessary branch pipe (8) is opened, the hot water is heated. After the hot water is supplied to a predetermined pipe in the floor, the driving force of the pump (6) is used to supply the hot water to the water supply pipe (4) for return, and after the hot water is being supplied again, the required water supply pipe (7) and branch pipes (
8) circulates hot water within the pipes in the floor to function as floor heating.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention utilizes boiling water in a gas water heater installed in an apartment complex, and has a mechanism in which piping is routed from the water heater to each room. The nine-branch pipe (8) is used as a hot water pipe to dissipate the heat absorbed in the seven-yard barrel and heat not only tatami or felt but also the room, so it can be used for hot water supply and floor heating. Not only does it kill two birds with one stone, but it also eliminates the risk of fire and air pollution.
It is unique as a floor heating system for apartment complexes, as it is extremely inexpensive to maintain, does not damage indoor walls, and can be used economically indoors.
