Claims (1)
- 集積回路のリードが挿脱自在に挿入される絶縁
体と、この絶縁体に取付けられ一端が前記リード
と接触し多端が集積回路用の測定装置に接続され
るリードコンタクトとを具えた集積回路用ソケツ
トにおいて、前記絶縁体に取付けられ前記集積回
路の装着状態を検出して測定開始信号を前記測定
装置に与える検出器を設けたことを特徴とする集
積回路用ソケツト。
