CONSTITUTION:There are provided the second hot water temperature set means 17 for setting the temperature of hot water compared with an output value of the first hot water temperature set means 12, and comparison means 18 for comparing output signals of the set means 12, 17, and outputting an output signal of the second hot water temperature set means 17 to deviation detection means 14 when the output signals do not match each other.
