Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the sharp rise of the temperature of supplied hot-water to a set value by outputting a signal for stopping the operation of a driving means into an urging-amount setting means when the amount of supplied hot-water reduces below a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:An urging-amount setting means 22 urges a driving means 13 until the temperature difference detected by a difference detecting means 21 becomes zeor. When a user does not require the supply of hot water and a cock is closed, a flow-rate detecting means 17 detects the flow rate less than a prescribed value, and a signal to stop the operation of a driving means 13 is outputted from a flow-rate judging means 23 to the urging-amount setting means 22. Even if the user abruptly opens the cock, the user is protected from the danger of using hot-water, since a mixing valve is at the position close to that for the supply of the hot-water having the temperature set in the preceding time.

The controller 16 calculates the deviation between the temperature setting value set by the user using the mixed hot water temperature setting means 15 and the hot water temperature detected by the mixed hot water temperature detecting means 14, and energizes the driving means 13 to supply mixed hot water at the set temperature. Move the mixing valve S to the hot water tapping position.

If the user closes the faucet etc. and the mixed hot water supply stops,
The temperature around the mixed hot water temperature detection means 14 cools down due to natural cooling. Therefore, in order to maintain the hot water at the set temperature, the mixing valve 5 is energized and the water side valve body 7 is moved in the closing direction and the hot water side valve body 6 is moved in the opening direction.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the hot water mixing device of the present invention. Second
In the figure, parts that are the same as in Figure 1 are given the same numbers. Reference numeral 21 denotes a deviation detecting means, which is connected to the mixed hot water temperature detecting means 14 and the mixed hot water temperature setting means 15, and detects a temperature deviation. Reference numeral 22 denotes an energization amount setting means for setting the amount of energization of the drive means 13 based on the temperature deviation determined by the deviation detection means 21. Reference numeral 23 denotes a flow rate determination means that determines whether the flow rate signal detected by the flow rate detection means 17 has become less than a predetermined amount, and outputs a stop signal to the energizing amount setting means 22 if it is less than a predetermined amount. The biasing amount setting means 22 sets the biasing amount of the driving means 13 to zero in response to the stop signal.

When the user opens the faucet located downstream of the mixing valve 5, the flow rate detection means 17 detects the flow rate, so the flow rate determination circuit 23 determines that the faucet is open. Therefore,
The energizing amount setting means 22 continues to energize the driving means 13 until the temperature deviation detected by the deviation detecting means 21 is eliminated. When the user no longer needs to supply hot water and closes the faucet, the flow rate detection means 17 detects that the flow rate has reached a predetermined amount or less. That is, when there is a flow, a swirling flow is created by the fixed impeller 18, and the ball 1
Rotate 9 times. When the ball 19 rotates, the magnetic detection element 2

However, when the amount falls below a predetermined amount, the ball 19 stops and no signal is output from the magnetic detection element 21. In this way, the flow rate detection means 17 detects that the faucet is closed, and the flow rate determination means 23 outputs a signal to stop the drive means 13 to the energizing amount setting means 22.

Even if the deviation detection means 21 detects a temperature deviation, when a stop signal is sent from the flow rate determination means 23, the driving means 13 is stopped with priority.

Even when the user next opens the faucet, the mixing valve 5 remains at position l near the previously set hot water temperature, so there is no danger of the user suddenly using hot water. Furthermore, since the temperature of the mixing valve 5 is close to the previously set temperature, the set temperature can be reached quickly.

In this way, the opening or closing of the faucet is detected by the flow rate detection means 17, and when the closing is detected, the mixing valve 5 is quickly controlled to stop, thereby eliminating the danger of using boiling water when the faucet is opened next time. I've lost it.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the pumped water mixing control device of the present invention includes a flow rate detection means for detecting opening or closing of a faucet, a drive means for adjusting the position of a mixing valve, and a drive means for energizing the drive means. By having the energizing amount setting means, the driving means is stopped when the faucet is closed, and when the faucet is next opened, the mixing valve is at a position close to the previously set temperature, so hot water suddenly comes out. It can quickly reach the set temperature without causing any trouble, dramatically improving safety and making it easier to use.
