Claims (1)
- ガス側シールリングの中間部近辺に設けられた
溝部に連通するよう、ガス側シールリング及びケ
ーシングのガス側シールリング受部に連通口を設
け、これが調圧弁を介する管路により軸封液室と
調整弁を結ぶ管路に接続されたことを特徴とする
軸封装置。
