Abstract

PURPOSE:To shield the heat transfer between a bath boiler unit and the wall surface of a hot water supply unit provided in parallel thereto by air within a vent passage, by providing the bath boiler unit and a hot water supply unit provided in parallel thereto, and also providing the vent passage used as a gap in a space formed between the bath boiler unit and the hot water supply unit provided in parallel thereto. CONSTITUTION:An air layer continuously flowing is provided between a bath furnace unit and a hot water supply unit provided in parallel thereto, and air is supplied to air supply chambers 9A and 9B at the lower parts of a bath burner 13 and a hot water supply burner 15, whereby the temperature rise of water within a supply water heat exchanger 4 at the time of using the bath alone and deformation of diaphragms are prevented. As a concrete constitution, a vent passage 7 having an external air suction port consisting of two diaphragms is provided between the bath boiler unit and a hot water supply unit. At the lower part of the vent passage 7, a cool air branching plate is provided at the bottom of a burner case 1 so that air within the bath burner 3 can be separately supplied to air supply chambers 9A and 9B at the lower part of the bath burner 3 and hot water supply burner.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 3, a conventional hot water bath boiler of this kind has a burner/heat exchanger case 1, a bath heat exchanger 2, a bath burner 4, a hot water heat exchanger 3, and a hot water burner 5 attached to it. A partition plate 6 was used to separate the bath unit and hot water supply unit.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention With conventional hot water bath pots in which the bath pot, water heater can body, and combustion part are integrated, the bath pot and water heater are installed next to each other when the bath is used alone. Heat generated from the burner 4 is absorbed into the hot water heat exchanger 3 through the partition plate 6. Therefore, there is a drawback that the temperature of the water in the water pipes of the hot water supply heat exchanger 3 increases and high temperature water is discharged at the beginning of hot water supply use. Further, there is a problem that the partition plate 6 is deformed and damaged by receiving heat from the bath burner 4 and the hot water supply burner 6.

Means for Solving the Problems Therefore, the present invention provides a layer of air that flows continuously between the bathtub unit and the hot water supply unit installed in parallel, and supplies the air to the bath burner and the air supply chamber below the hot water supply burner. This will prevent the temperature of the water in the hot water heat exchanger from rising and the partition plate from deforming when the bath is used alone.

Specifically, a ventilation path with an external air intake made of two partition plates is provided between the bath boiler unit and the hot water supply unit.At the bottom of the ventilation path, the air in the ventilation path is transferred to the bath burner and the hot water supply unit. A cooling air branching plate is provided at the bottom of the burner case so that the air can be separately supplied to the air supply chamber at the bottom of the burner.

According to the above means, air flows into the ventilation passage provided between the bathtub unit and the hot water supply unit from the external air intake port and passes through the ventilation passage between the bathtub unit and the hot water supply unit, thereby producing a cooling effect and reducing the temperature of the bathtub unit. Heat conduction between the hot water supply unit and the hot water supply unit is cut off.

This prevents the temperature of the water in the hot water heat exchanger from rising when the bath is used alone, prevents high-temperature water from coming out during initial use, and prevents thermal deformation and damage to the partition plate. In addition, since the air in the ventilation duct is led to the air supply chambers of the bath burner and hot water supply burner and used for combustion, the heat of the cooling air removed from the bath kettle unit and hot water supply unit while flowing through the ventilation duct is regenerated. Thermal efficiency can be maintained at the same level as when there is no available ventilation path.

In the above configuration, air is sucked in from both sides of the ventilation passage 7 which is open to the atmosphere from the case 1, passes through the ventilation passage 7, and is connected to the cooling air branch plate 8 for the nine bath burner air supply rooms and the hot water burner air supply. The cooling air is branched in the direction of the room 9B, and mixed with the air taken in from the bath air intake port 1om and the hot water supply air intake port 10B, respectively, and is connected to the bath burner 3 and the hot water supply burner 6.
After being combusted, they each pass through a bath heat exchanger 2 and a hot water heat exchanger 4 to join together, and then are exhausted by an exhaust fan 11. The air sucked through the side opening 7m of the ventilation passage 7 absorbs radiant heat from the walls of the bath unit and the hot water supply unit, thereby eliminating thermal effects on the unit being used when a single unit is used. As a result, when the bath is used alone, hot water does not come out during the initial use of hot water supply due to the temperature rise of the water in the hot water heat exchanger 4, and since the hot water is cooled by the air in the ventilation passage 7 that continuously passes through the partition plate 6
It can also prevent thermal deformation. In addition, by sending the air in the ventilation path T absorbed from the wall of the bath unit and hot water supply unit to the air supply chamber and using it for combustion, there is no heat loss, and it is on the same level as a hot water bath pot with a single partition plate without a ventilation path. thermal efficiency can be obtained.

(1) A bathtub unit and a hot water supply unit installed in parallel with the bathtub unit are provided, and a ventilation passage is provided between the bathtub unit and the hot water supply unit installed in parallel, so that the air in the ventilation passage is It has the effect of absorbing heat from the walls of the bathtub unit and hot water supply unit, eliminating heat transfer between the two units. Therefore, when the bath is used alone, high-temperature water does not come out during the initial use of hot water supply due to a rise in the temperature of the water in the hot water heat exchanger.
