Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating effect and to improve rigidity, by a method wherein, by the use of a sandwitch panel in which surface panels are laminated to the two surfaces of a light core, such as honeycomb, foamable resin, an indoor inner surface, such as floor, wall, ceiling, is formed. CONSTITUTION:A body part 2 of an underground housing 1 is formed by reinforced concrete and is buried in an underground. An indoor inner surface is formed with a floor part material 3, a wall part material 4, and a ceiling part material 5, and all connections are connected so as to hold air-tightness by a proper means. Each member is plural unit members 3a, 4a, and 5a, made of a sandwitch panel, which are formed by adhering surface plates to both surfaces of a light core, such as honeycomb core, foamable resin, serving as a core. This prevents the occurrence of dew condensation to a wall surface and the like, enables increase of humidity, and permits sharp improvement of living comfort.

``Prior Art'' and ``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' In general, the main body of underground dwellings has a reinforced concrete structure, so moisture from underground tends to seep into the house, resulting in high indoor humidity. Therefore, in structures where the concrete inner wall surface is directly finished with interior materials or decorative walls, etc., dew condensation is likely to occur on the wall surface, etc., and curvature is likely to occur unless a sufficient dehumidification device is installed. However, the durability of the interior parts was poor, and there were many problems with comfort. Therefore, in order to prevent an increase in indoor humidity and condensation, etc., all indoor structures facing the main body are double-layered in order to form an air layer between the concrete inner surface of the main body and indoor walls, etc. Some have a heavy structure, but the disadvantage is that they are extremely expensive because the base structure for forming indoor walls, etc., and the airtight structure to prevent moisture from seeping in are complex, and construction is difficult. there were.

[Means for Solving the Problems J] In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. Indoor interior surfaces such as floors, walls, and ceilings are formed by sandwich panels to which face plates are attached.

``Function'' Sandwich panels, which have face plates attached to both sides of a lightweight core material such as a honeycomb core or foamed resin, have excellent heat insulation properties without the need for separate installation or special processing. As a result, an indoor area airtightly enclosed by such sand inch panels can prevent dew condensation from forming on walls, etc., and can also prevent moisture from penetrating into the indoor interior, thereby preventing an increase in humidity. It is also possible to prevent this.

In addition, such sandwich panels have high rigidity despite being lightweight and have excellent flatness, so they can be directly attached to concrete walls by adhesive, and even when not directly attached, they are easy to use. It is easy to install because it can be installed on a suitable base structure.
