に導くための第2分岐路と、 前記第1および第2分岐路に分岐される風景を
それぞれ制御することによつて前記開口部からの
流入風速を制御するための分岐風量制御手段とを
備えるドラフトチヤンバ。 (2) 前記分岐風量制御手段は、前記前面扉の開
口度に応じて前記第1および第2分岐路に分岐さ
れる風量をそれぞれ制御する、実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載のドラフトチヤンバ。 (3) 前記分岐風量制御手段は、 前記前面扉の開口度が所定値以下になつたこと
を検知する検知手段と、 前記検知手段の検知出力に応答して、前記給気
手段の給気の全てを前記第1および第2分岐路に
分岐する手段とを備える、実用新案登録請求の範
囲第2項記載のドラフトチヤンバ。 (4) 前記処理室外部へと通ずる入口と前記排気
手段へと通ずる出口とを有するバイパス通風路と
