口部の上側に配設され、かつ、送気路と連通させ
た送気口から下方に向けて圧送される空気を下側
に設けた吸気口からこれと連通させた吸気路を介
して排気路へと強制的に吸引させることで前記開
口部にエアーカーテンの形成を可能としたドラフ
トチヤンバーにおいて、前記送気路は、垂設され
たダクトを介して供給される空気の垂直流をその
下方にて阻止するようにしてその拡散を可能とし
た水平障壁部と、前記開口部の横幅に対応させて
開設された前記送気口に対し拡散された空気の流
れを垂直方向に流下するように整流して送気可能
とした垂直案内部とを設けて形成するとともに、
作業台近傍にて前記処理室を区画する周壁には、
前記排気路と連通させた下側排気口をその開口量
を調節可能としたダンパーを付設して開設したこ
