【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は合成樹脂製の軒樋及びその製造方法に
関するものであつて、主な目的とするところは耐
変性が高く、且つ継手などの接続面との摩擦力が
大きくて引掛りが良く、しかも軒樋底部中央に孔
あけ加工を簡単容易に行うことができ、それでい
て芯材による補強効果を充分なものに為しなが
ら、加えてその押出成型金型も簡素なものとする
ことができる軒樋及びその製造方法を提供するこ
とである。

る部分で断面略半円弧状の軒樋本体1を成形する
と共に耳成形帯9で前記耳部8を成形するもので
あり、芯材2の中央部、すなわち軒樋本体1の中
央底部に位置する部分には複数の孔3が巾方向に
並ぶと共に長手方向全長に亘つて配列して孔群5
を形成していて、芯材2の上下に供給された合成
樹脂が硬化する際に、各孔3で合成樹脂が収縮し
て各孔3に相当する軒樋本体1外表面に凹溝10
が形成され、この凹溝10が軒樋本体1の中央部
底面で縦横に並ぶものである。またこのように軒
樋Aの表面に複数の凹溝10による凹凸模様が形
成されることで、外観に変化をつけて見た目がよ
くなると共にこの凹凸模様によつて継手の接合面
との引掛りがよく、継手との接続を確実に行える
ものである。

ができ、高所における孔あけ作業を容易に行うこ
とができるという利点がある。しかも芯材の孔の
位置は中央底面のみに形成してある故、軒樋にド
レン等を取り付けるための取付孔をあける孔加工
を形成するに際して、孔加工のために初期に貫通
孔をあけやすい軒樋中央箇所に工具を係止するた
めの凹凸模様を形成でき、孔あけ加工がやりやす
いものでありながら、軒樋中央箇所以外の軒樋の
