て軽量化はできても、金属材が有効に利用でき
ず、エキスパンデツド材と比して安価に製造する

芯体1の表裏両面を合成樹脂層4にて被覆したも
のである。即ち、パンチング部2の孔、エキスパ
ンデツド部3の網目部分において表裏両面の被覆
合成樹脂層4は、一体化され、はがれにくくなり
強力に被覆されることになる。そして軒樋Aの耳
部5に埋設されることになるパンチング部2部分
においては、エキスパンデツド部3のように応力
集中が起こりにくく、そのためクラツクが起りに
くく、割れが生じにくいものとなる。又、軒樋A
の軒樋樋状部6に埋設されることになるエキスパ
ンデツド部3によつて軒樋芯体1が少なくてす
み、安価に製造することができる。
