Even if LPG or carbon dioxide gas is used as a propellant, it cannot be made into a spray.

-144052, etc. However, all of these methods use alcohol to lower the viscosity, which increases flammability and is extremely dangerous in areas where fire is used.Other methods include emulsifying cooking oil containing lecithin. The resulting oil-in-water emulsion is used as an aerosol stock solution, and LPG is used as a propellant in nine aerosol formats.

However, since this spray contained vaporized LPG, it was extremely dangerous to use it near open flames.

It is preferable that the oil is non-flammable.For this purpose, it is possible to emulsify the edible oil with water to suppress flammability and lower the viscosity to make it sprayable. It is also desirable to use a non-flammable, non-toxic, and highly stable gas for the injection gas, rather than a flammable one like LPG. Nonflammable gas is CFC 12,114°1 as liquefied gas.
There are 1st class, but these are synthetic products and are not allowed to be used in food products. Compressed gases include nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas, etc., but carbon dioxide gas is a composition containing water. The water dissolves in the water and becomes carbonated water, the gas pressure decreases, and the acidic taste of the carbonated water becomes sour, causing corrosion of the aerosol volume and making it unusable.

Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the viscosity of the contents at a low value at all times.

-0.5~5.0% Edible oil contains L~5% of emulsifiers such as sorbitan fatty acids, fatty acid monoglycerides, polyglycerin fatty acid esters, citric acid monoglycerides, sugar esters, etc., alone or in combination, and a preservative is desired. amount and mix at about 60-80°C to form a homogeneous phase. Add water at the same temperature to this to prepare an oil-in-water emulsion. The appropriate amount of cooking oil is about 20-45%, and the amount of water is 78.5-45%.
.. 1 at 0%. The viscosity range of the composition thus adjusted was 30
The viscosity of the finished emulsion varies depending on the proportion of cooking oil, the type of cooking oil, the emulsifier selection, etc., but in the case of oil-in-water emulsions, the oil When the composition ratio increases and the composition ratio of water decreases, the viscosity of the resulting emulsion increases, and vice versa, the viscosity decreases. When spraying by fully filling 60 to 85% of the volume of the aerosol can with the stock solution and further pressurizing it with two gases to 6 to 10 kg/r, tr*, it depends on the conditions of the nozzle, but generally it is possible to spray. The viscosity is 180 cps or less. lecithin 0.5
% or less and edible oil is less than 20%, which is undesirable because the mold release properties of the cooked product will be poor. The content and viscosity range of lecithin and oil that can be sprayed with nitrogen gas should be within the above range.
