Claims (1)
- 熱交換機能を備えたコア部と、該コア部の端縁
に気密状態に接合される樹脂タンクと、前記コア
部に設けられて前記樹脂タンクの接合縁部が嵌入
される溝部を備えた座板と、該溝部の外表面を囲
繞する如くに嵌合されてその端縁部をカシメるこ
とにより前記樹脂タンクの接合縁部を前記座板に
一体的に固着するカシメ部材とを備えた樹脂タン
ク付きラジエータに於て、前記カシメ部材の端縁
に所定間隔で突出して設けられた爪片の両側に伸
長して設けられる張り出し部と、前記樹脂タンク
の端縁側部に設けられて組付時に折り曲げられた
前記張り出し部により形成された溝部に内嵌され
るリブと、該リブの根元の周辺に形成されて前記
折り曲げられた張り出し部の前記溝部側端を嵌入
する溝を設けたことを特徴とする樹脂タンク付き
ラジエータ。
