    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中心テンシヨンメンバーとそのまわりに沿つて
    設けられた複数本の光フアイバー芯線とを含むケ
    ーブルコアと前記ケーブルコアの上に設けられた
    シースとを有する２つの光ケーブルを接続する接
    続部において、前記２つの光ケーブルの中心テン
    シヨンメンバーの接続部分と光フアイバー芯線の
    接続部分と前記２つの光ケーブルのシースに跨つ
    て設けられた外部補強パイプと前記外部補強パイ
    プの内径よりもやや小さい外径を有し前記中心テ
    ンシヨンメンバーが貫通する複数のガイドとから
    成り、前記光フアイバー芯線は前記ガイドの外周
    に設けられた切欠きを貫通し、且つ前記光フアイ
    バー芯線は接続部の長さの５％以下のたるみ余長
    を有することを特徴とする光ケーブルの接続部。
