子電極、３２は出力端子電極、３４はアース端子
電極、３６は縦続接続電極、３８は並列チユーニ
ングコイルを示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板、 前記基板上に形成されるかつ入力トランスデユ
    ーサと出力トランスデユーサとを含む第１のフイ
    ルタ、 前記基板上に前記第１のフイルタと同じ表面波
    の伝播方向を有し、かつ表面波の伝播方向に直交
    する方向に並んで配置される入力トランスデユー
    サと出力トランスデユーサとを有する第２のフイ
    ルタ、 前記第１のフイルタの前記出力トランスデユー
    サの出力を前記第２のフイルタの前記入力トラン
    スデユーサの入力に縦続接続するための縦続接続
    電極、および 前記基板の側端部に形成されるかつ前記表面波
    の伝播方向の順に配置される入力端子電極、中間
    端子電極ならびに出力端子電極を備え、 前記第１のフイルタの前記入力トランスデユー
    サの入力が前記入力端子電極に接続され、 前記第２のフイルタの出力トランスデユーサの
    出力が前記出力端子電極に接続され、 前記縦続接続電極のホツト側が前記中間端子電
    極に接続され、 前記中間端子電極にチユーニングコイルが並列
    接続される、表面波フイルタ回路。
