収しようとすると、その熱回収装置である熱交換器1に
高温ガスG中に含まれる炭素分やタール分などの不純物
Tがその伝熱管まわりに付着し、低温になるとその不純
物Tが析出して、それが固形化し、配管や熱交換器の機
能を失わせることになり、連続運転ができなくなるとい
う難しい問題があり、最も困難な熱回収とされており実
用化に至っていないことが多い。
