Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、一般音ｗＩｌ器に適用される角形スピーカに
用いるガスケットに関するものである。
従来の技術 従来の角形スピーカのがスケットについて第３図〜第５
図を用いて説明する。第３図に示すガスケット１は、１
枚の扱きがスケットであり、第５図に示すガスケット２
は、４枚の抜きガスケットである。これらガスケット１
，２は、第４図Ａ。
Ｂに示す様に、フレーム３とコーン４とを結合した上に
接着される。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 上記従来構成によれば、第３図に示すガスケット１の場
合１枚の扱きガスケットのため、内側の部分が不要とな
り、材料ロスが多く、コスト高になる。また第５図に示
すガスケット２の場合、４枚の抜きガスケットのため、
材料ロス分は少ないが、貼付は時の作業性が悪く、コス
ト高になる。
本発明は上記問題点を解消した角形スピーカのガスケッ
トを提供することを目的とする。
問題を解決するための手段 上記問題を解決するため、本発明の角形スピーカのガス
ケットは、帯状部材の一面に所定間隔おきに３箇所のＶ
字状切除部を形成したものである。
作用 上記構成において、帯状部材を、そのＶ字状切除部を切
除側に折曲することにより、角形の棒状になる。
実施例 以下、本発明の一実施例を第１図〜第２図に基づいて説
明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例における角形スビ−力のがス
ケットを折曲して角形にした状態の平面図、第２図Ａは
同ガスケットの折曲前の状態の平面図、同図Ｂは同正面
図で、５はガスケットであり、このガスケット５は、−
面に所定間隔おきに３箇所のＶ字状切除部６ａが形成さ
れた帯状部材６からなる。この帯状部材６は、通常のガ
スケットの材料からなり、両端は斜めに切除されている
。
この帯状部材６は、各Ｖ字状切除部６ａで切除された側
へ折曲し、両端同士を突合わせることにより、第１図に
示す如く角形枠状のガスケット５になる。
このガスケット５は、材料を矩形に明後いたものではな
いので、材料に無駄かになく、また独立した４個の帯状
部材からなるものでもないので、貼付作業が容易である
。
発明の効果 以上述べたごとく本発明によれば、材料の無駄が少なく
、また貼付作業性が良いので、全体のコストを大幅に低
減できる。
