Claims (1)
皮した状態で加工テーブル上に載置される加工液
の飛散防止用細孔加工用治具であつて、前記工作
物又は加工テーブルと対向する面に凹状空所と該
凹状空所を囲繞する環状のシール部材を有すると
共に、前記凹状空所を加工液吸引源に繋ぐ吸引口
とを有する加工液飛散防止用のパツド本体と、該
パツド本体の工作物等上に於ける前記載置状態に
於て細孔加工用長尺電極の加工送り方向に沿つて
前記空所に繋がるように明けられた孔に水密に嵌
設された長尺筒状の電極案内とから成る細孔加工
用治具。 (2) 細孔加工用長尺電極が加工液を通すパイプ
