れ且つ工作物に吸着できる吸着手段から成ること
を特徴とするパイプ電極ガイドホルダ装置。 (2) 前記吸着手段は前記ガイドホルダ本体の工
作物に対向する側に固着した永久磁石であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ電極ガイド
ホルダ装置。 (3) 前記吸着手段は工作物に当接する前記ガイ
ドホルダ本体の接触面に形成した吸引ポツト、及
び該吸引ポツト内のエアを吸引する吸引装置から
成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ電
極ガイドホルダ装置。 (4) 前記ガイドホルダ本体の工作物接触面に切
欠溝を形成し、該切欠溝にパイプ電極ガイド部材
の貫通孔を開口したことを特徴とする請求項1に
記載のパイプ電極ガイドホルダ装置。
