圧リング、１３は空間部、１６は圧力調整装置、
１７はポンチ、１８は電磁鋼板、１９は突起、２
０は挿入凹部、２１は鉄心抜板、２２は積層鉄心
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧挿係合用の突起及びその突起が圧挿係合され
    る挿入孔が予め形成された電磁鋼板を所定の外形
    形状に打抜するための打抜孔を有するダイスが打
    抜用のポンチと対向させて配設された金型と、前
    記ダイスの打抜孔に連続するように前記金型の内
    径部に配設された環状をなす背圧リングと、この
    背圧リングの外周部に位置させて前記金型に設け
    られ内部に圧力流体を供給した空間部と、この空
    間部内の圧力流体の圧力を加減して前記背圧リン
    グの内径寸法を拡縮させ打抜かれた電磁鋼板から
    なる鉄心抜板の外周部に背圧を与えるための圧力
    調整装置とを具備してなる積層鉄心の金型装置。
