の両端部形状に合せて嵌合する内周面とし外周面
を円筒状とした永久磁石を嵌着したことを特徴と
する渦流探傷用プローブ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の載
頭円錐状が段部を設けて細くした円柱状とされた
