機および燃料タンクを防音箱体内に収納し、エン
ジンとその上位に配設された燃料タンクとの間に
隔壁を設けて成る防音型エンジン作業機において
、 前記防音箱体の側壁に凹陥部を形成し、前記燃
料タンクからエンジンに燃料を供給する燃料管に
設けた燃料コツクを、前記凹陥部に近く前記防音
箱体内に配置し、前記凹陥部の周壁に外気導入口
を形成し、かつ該外気導入口から燃料コツク部を
経てエンジン冷却フアン用吸気口に至る導風路を
画成する導風体を、前記隔壁に垂下配設したこと
