ジヤケツトと内部を気相状に保つたコンデンサと
を、上部の冷媒蒸気を流す蒸気通路とコンデンサ
からの液化冷媒を供給ポンプを介して戻す冷媒通
路とで連通して冷媒が循環する閉回路を形成し、
コンデンサに強制冷却風を供給する冷却フアンを
設けた車両用内燃機関の沸騰冷却装置において、
前記ウオータジヤケツトの略同一レベルで車両の
前方側および後方側となる位置にウオータジヤケ
ツト内の冷媒温度を検出する温度センサを1つず
つ設置し、ウオータジヤケツトの略同一部位で異
なる高さにウオータジヤケツト内の冷媒液面を検
出する液面センサを1つずつ設置すると共に、両
温度センサの検出値を比較する手段と、この比較
結果に応じて一方の液面センサを選択しその検出
値に応じて前記供給ポンプを駆動する手段とを設
けたことを特徴とする車両用内燃機関の沸騰冷却
