ジヤケツトと、ここで発生した冷媒蒸気を凝縮す
るコンデンサと、このコンデンサで凝縮した液相
冷媒を一時貯留する冷媒タンクと、この冷媒タン
クから上記ウオータジヤケツトへ液相冷媒を循環
供給する冷媒供給ポンプとを備えてなる内燃機関
の沸騰冷却装置において、上記ウオータジヤケツ
トの設定レベルを挾んで上下位置に夫々液面セン
サを設けるとともに、上記冷媒供給ポンプり流路
中に流量計を設け、連続的に駆動される上記冷媒
供給ポンプの冷媒循環量を、両液面センサの検出
信号ならびに流量計の流量信号に基づき可変制御
して上記冷媒液面を設定レベル近傍に維持するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする内燃機関の沸騰冷却装
