- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 分光蛍光光度計で使用され、複数個の試料セル
を装着できる多連装セルホルダにおいて、 変位可能に支持されたホルダ部材と、 そのホルダ部材の位置又は回転角を検出する位
置検出装置と、 その位置検出装置からの信号をもとにして前記
ホルダ部材を所定の位置又は回転角に変位させる
とともに、往復方向に変位させて振動させる動力
源としての角度制御可能なモータと、を備えたこ
とを特徴とするセルホルダ。
