Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 水産加工場等でしようされているゴム被覆断熱防水手袋
の製造法に関するものである。
［従来の技術］ ジャージの生地、ネオプレンスポンジシート。
ジャージの生地よりな′る結合体を２枚重ね周囲をミシ
ンで縫い、次いで裏返してから立体手金型に被せ、ラテ
ックス中に浸漬したのち引き上げ、乾燥したのち加熱加
硫し、立体手金型から取り外していた。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ 従来のものは、立体手金型に被せた半製品をラテックス
中に浸漬したときミシン目を通ってラテックスが半製品
の内部に浸入し、完成後内部の感触を非常に悪（してい
た。
本発明は、内面の感触のよい手袋を提供しようとするも
のである。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ 図面を参考にして説明する。
第２図に示す如くジャージの生地２ａ、ネオプ載せ、更
にその上に生ゴムシート３を載せ、加熱プレスの上型４
を圧下し前記結合体と生ゴムシート３相互間を熱圧接に
より接着する第１工程と、第３図に示す如く第１工程で
出来たものを生ゴム２工程と、第４図に示す如く裏返し
てから、第５図に示す如く立体手金型６に被せる第３工
程と、第３工程で出来たものを加熱加硫したのち立体手
金型６から取り外す第４工程とよりなるものである。
〔実施例］ 図面に基づいて説明する。
第１工程・・・・・・・・・第２図に示すように、加熱
プレスの下型１上にジャージの生地２ａ、ネオプレンス
ポンジシート２ｂ、　　ジャージの生地２Ｃの結合体２
よりなる半製品を加熱プレスの下型１上に載せ、更にこ
の上に生ゴムシート３を載せ、加熱プレスの上型４を圧
下し、前記結合体２と生ゴムシート３相互間を熱圧接に
より接着する。
第２工程・・・・・・・・・第１工程で出来たものを、
第３図に示す如く生ゴムシート３．３を内側にして２枚
重ね、手の形の周囲に沿って加熱融着すると共にその外
側を切断する。
第３工程・・・・・・・・・第４図に示す如く裏返して
から、第５図に示す如く立体手金型６に被せる。
第４工程・・・・・・・・・第３工程で出来たものを加
熱加硫したのち立体手金型６から取り外す。
［作用］ ジャージの生地、ネオプレンスポンジシート。
ジャージの生地よりなる結合体により充分な防水断熱作
用を行う。
ゴムシート３により、表面に防水及び耐久性を保つこと
ができる。
また、表裏のゴムシートの継目は、熱融着されているの
で水洩れを生じることがない。
［発明の効果］ ミシン目がないので、水洩れのないゴム被覆防水手袋を
得ることが出来る。

図面はこの発明を説明するためのもので、第１図は完成
品の斜視図、第２図は加熱プレスにより生地とスポンジ
ゴムシートと生地とよりなる結合体と、生ゴムシートと
を接着する状態を示す側面図、第３図は第２図のものを
２枚重ね手の形の周囲に沿って加熱融着すると共にその
外側を切断した状態を示す側面図、第４図は第３図のも

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ジャージの生地、ネオプレンスポンジシート、ジャージ
    の生地の結合体よりなる半成品を加熱プレスの下型上に
    載せ、更にその上に生ゴムシートを載せ、加熱プレスの
    上型を圧下し前記結合体と生ゴムシート相互間を熱圧接
    により接着する第１工程と、第１工程で出来たものを生
    ゴムシートを内側にして２枚重ね、手の形の周囲に沿つ
    て加熱融着すると共にその外側を切断する第２工程と、
    次いで裏返してから立体手金型に被せる第３工程と、第
    ３工程で出来たものを加熱加硫したのち立体手金型から
    取り外す第４工程とよりなるゴム被覆断熱防水手袋の製
    造法。
