Claims (1)
- 温度係数を有する複数の素子を該温度係数を互
いに打消すよう接続構成されて定電流を発生する
定電流回路と、該定電流回路の出力電流に応じた
定電流でコンデンサを充電せしめる充電回路と、
該定電流回路の出力電流に応じた定電流で該コン
デンサを放電せしめる放電回路と、該コンデンサ
の電圧を基準電圧と比較するコンパレータと、該
コンパレータの比較出力に応じて該放電回路の動
作及び該コンパレータの基準電圧の切換を制御す
る制御回路とよりなり、該コンデンサより三角波
を出力するよう構成した三角波発振回路。
