However, even if the conventional furnace head metal fittings mentioned above have a certain level of durability, they require intermediate repairs or replacement due to the extended life of the blast furnace. Repairing or replacing the internal parts, or attaching other protective metal fittings to the damaged parts must be carried out in an adverse environment with high-temperature harmful gases, and therefore must be extremely difficult. In addition, the lifespan of such conventional furnace mouth metal fittings is determined by wear resistance due to mechanical properties at high temperatures and wear and tear of the furnace wall bricks supporting the metal fittings, or sliding down and falling off due to partial falling off of the furnace wall bricks. In other words, although it is normally used in an atmosphere of 500 to 500 degrees Celsius, it must be exposed to hot gas of 600 to 800 degrees Celsius when the furnace condition is malfunctioning. The physical properties are generally 5000% higher than at room temperature.
It deteriorates in the surrounding atmosphere, and its hardness and toughness, which particularly affect wear resistance, are halved. Therefore, it is important to properly cool the metal fittings in order to increase their durability, but as mentioned above, it is difficult to provide a cooling effect for the metal fittings installed with firebrick, so the materials are upgraded to withstand high temperature conditions. Even if the materials are made high-quality, they will still suffer from cracking and deformation due to the mass effect, so each block of hardware must be made smaller as shown in Figures 4 and 5. , it is not possible to adopt large blocks. Furthermore, since the conventional furnace mouth metal fittings mentioned above have a construction structure that is mounted on the upper brick of the shaft, if the bricks are worn out or parts of the metal parts fall off, the fitting structure of the metal fittings will be directly affected by it and will slide down. If this occurs and is not repaired, it will fall off, and this may cause wear and tear on the hardware itself (but it does cause a large number of trips that shortens its lifespan).

However, in the above-mentioned cases, replacement and repair work requires not only rebuilding the hardware but also the connecting structure with surrounding refractories such as bricks and casters.
This would have to be a large-scale construction job, and the work would be extremely difficult since it would be exposed to the harsh environment inside the furnace mouth as described above.

"Effects of the Invention" According to the present invention as described above, the furnace mouth hardware 1 is the iron shell 3.
It is clear that an extremely stable mounting relationship can be obtained since the cooling means 10 is directly engaged with the metal member.
Since the cooling effect on the steel shell 3 can be effectively applied to the furnace mouthpiece 1, the influence of the atmosphere in the furnace can be avoided, and therefore the material selection for the furnace mouthpiece 1 can be freely selected. By avoiding the increase in costs caused by using special high-quality materials for heating, and by reducing the effect of heat inside the furnace, it is possible to make a single piece of hardware larger, and the connections between blocks (joints) can be made larger. ] is reduced, reducing uneven wear in the gaps between the blocks, and since each hardware is attached to the iron skin and is unrelated to the bricks, the weight of the hardware 1 and the impact of the repulsion of the charged material against the hardware are reduced. The load on the bricks is reduced without any force being transmitted to the brick layer, and the hardware 1 will not fall off even if the lower brick falls off (in addition, the work of replacing the hardware 1 when it wears out is also easier). This invention has great advantages in that it is extremely easy to achieve by the partial incision described in step 3, and is an invention that has gained great popularity in the industry.
