は従来のメスタイプ口金ニツプルを示し、第6図
は一体タイプのメスタイプ口金ニツプルの断面図
、第7図は二体のタイプのメスタイプ口金ニツプ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 口径の小さい貫通孔をもつ中央部と、該中
央部と一体的に形成され該貫通孔と同軸的に連通
し、口径の大きいスリーブ孔をもつスリーブ部と
、該中央部と一体的に形成され該貫通孔と同軸的
に連通し、口径の大きい係合孔をもつ係合部とか
らなる口金本体と、 外径が該中央部の該貫通孔に挿入される大きさ
の円筒状ニツプル部と該ニツプル部の一端に形成
され該係合部の該係合孔の内径とほぼ等しい外径
をもつ端部とからなるニツプルとで構成され、 該ニツプルの該ニツプル部は該口金本体の該中
央部の該貫通孔を該係合孔側から該スリーブ孔側
に挿入され、該ニツプル部は該スリーブの該スリ
ーブ孔中に同軸的に位置し、 該ニツプルの該端部は該口金本体の該係合部の
該係合孔に挿入された状態で外径が広がる方向に
塑性加工されており、該端部の外周面と該係合部
の内周面とは該端部の外径が広がる方向に作用す
る弾性力と該係合部の反力により密着固定された
構造をもつことを特徴とするメスタイプ口金ニツ
プル。 (2) ニツプルは外径がほぼ一定の管体の一端を
バルジ加工して端部としたものである実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載のメスタイプ口金ニツプ
ル。 (3) ニツプルの端部は開口端に向つて開口部が
拡大するロート状である実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項記載のメスタイプ口金ニツプル。 (4) ロート状の端部の開口拡大角度が広がる方
向に塑性加工されて係合部に密着固定されている
実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載のメスタイプ
口金ニツプル。 (5) ニツプルの端部は軸方向断面でV字または
U字形状に膨出した形状をもつ実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載のメスタイプ口金ニツプル。 (6) ニツプルの端部の軸方向断面でV字または
U字形状に膨出した部分が該V字またはU字形の
両端が近接する方向に塑性加工されて係合部に密
着固定されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項
記載のメスタイプ口金ニツプル。
