液相冷媒のオーバーフロー通路を開口し、該オー
バーフロー通路をサブタンクを介して前記冷媒通
路の供給ポンプ上流側に接続するとともに、前記
蒸気通路中に気液分離器を介装し、該気液分離器
を前記サブタンクに接続したことを特徴とするエ
