Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable printed substrates to be easily separated with high speed by lifting the downstream side of the leading printed substrate higher than the height of a stopper only by the vertical and lateral movement of an adsorbing pad and transferring it onto the transfer surface of a take-out rail. CONSTITUTION:While continuous printed substrates 7, 8 receive an advancing force from a conveyer 6, their flow is stopped by a stopper 9. Then, an adsorbing pad 10 is put below the downstream side of the leading printed substrate 7 from the downstream side and thereafter lifted to raise said downstream side higher than the stopper 9. Then, by advancing the adsorbing pad 10 is transferred downstream one sheet of the leading printed substrate 7 under the separated condition. Then, since the following printed substrate 8 receives the advance force from the conveyer 6, it advances as said substrate 7 advances, and is stopped by the stopper 9. Next, after the advance, the adsorbing pad 10 is lowered onto a take-out rail 11 to release the adsorbing force and transfers the printed substrate on to the rail 11.

Structure of the conventional example and its problems In the conventional printed circuit board separating and conveying device, as shown in FIG. - The printed circuit board 2 is stopped by the stopper 3. At this time, the separation plate 4 enters below the leading board from the downstream side by the length of the leading board, and then rises.
The leading board is lifted off the conveyor, separated from the conveyor, and placed on a separating plate. If the separation plate is moved forward in this state, one leading substrate will be separated and transported downstream. The following substrate is advanced by the forward force of the conveyor and stopped at the stopper. After the separating plate 4 moves forward, it descends on the take-out rail 5 and transfers the leading substrate onto the take-out rail 5, thereby separating the substrates.

However, in the above-mentioned substrate separation and transfer device, in order to transfer substrates of different lengths, the distance that the separation plate penetrates under the leading substrate must be changed, making the mechanism complicated. In addition, as the separation speed increases, the separation plate rises faster and the impact that the separation plate hits the bottom of the top board becomes larger, so this @ impact causes the top board to bounce, causing the printed circuit board to tilt. The problem was that the particles could fly out of the device or out of the device, preventing normal separation.

Structure of the Invention The present invention involves stocking a series of printed circuit boards on a conveyor in a state that they are in contact with a stopper, and using a suction pad, the downstream side of the first board is lifted above the height of the stopper and floated off the conveyor, and the suction pad is advanced. The printed circuit board is separated by being lowered to the transport surface on the take-out rail, and separation can be performed only by moving the suction pad up and down two times back and forth. In addition, when the first substrate adsorbed by the suction pad moves forward, the subsequent substrate is conveyed by the belt using its downstream end face as a hit, so that the advancement of the substrate to be separated and the feeding of the subsequent substrate occur at the same time. Therefore, the separation speed can be increased. When the small suction pad rises to - and hits the leading board, the suction force acts, so the impact force during the rise is reduced, and the board does not bounce. It also has the advantage of being able to accommodate changes in substrate length.

The continuous printed circuit board is in a state where its flow is stopped by the stopper 9 even though the vane force is applied to the Koibear 6. At this time, the suction pad 10 is moved below the downstream side of the first substrate from the downstream side, and then the suction pad 10 is raised. The first M substrate is lifted by the suction pad 1o on the downstream side above the stopper 9. Thereafter, by advancing the suction pad 1°, the first substrate is separated and taken downstream. At this time, the following substrate is given a forward force by the conveyor, so it moves forward according to the advance of the leading substrate and stops at the stopper. After the suction pad 1o moves forward, it descends on the take-out rail 1o, and by eliminating the suction force, takes out the top board 7 and places it on the rail 1.
You can move up to 1. Even if the length of the board changes, the same operation is possible because the suction pad 1o is applied only to the downstream end of the printed board.
