Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce cost by bondingly holding a cloth and an interlining each on the top of their piles which are supported by an elevating mechanism, by means of their respective holding mechanisms, moving them with a conveyer and after laying one on the top of the other, carrying them out to an interlining bonding device and automatically laying said interlining on the top of said cloth accurately. CONSTITUTION:Six cloth bonding/holding/releasing units 32 are simultaneously lowered onto the top of a cloth by means of a starting switch. And, after bondingly holding a topmost cloth CA at six positions on the outside edges, and as the units 32 are moved to the uppermost operating position, a rotary vane is moved to the lowermost operating position and rotated to scrape off a superfuluous cloth Ca which are stuck to a cloth Ca. Then, a horizontally movable supporting frame 25 is moved to the cloth and interlining intermittently conveying mechanism 72 side, and as the whole units 32 are moved above a conveyer 76 and stopped, the units 32 are lowered and the cloth Ca which has been bondingly held, is brought in contact with the top of the conveyer 76, separated off from an adhesive tape, and placed on the top of the conveyer 76 and moved onto an interlining Sa laying position and stopped. Equally, the interlining Sa is laid on the top of the cloth Ca, and these are transferred to an interlining bonding device to be bonded.

Reference numeral 97 denotes a support plate for the interlining adhesive fabric that is installed to be movable in the vertical direction relative to the machine frame 2, and this plate is lowered by an elevating drive mechanism similar to the receiving frame 4 of the laminated fabric elevating mechanism 1 described above. I'm trying to make it happen. However, this support plate 97 is different from the drive mechanism of the laminated fabric lifting mechanism 1 in that it is moved downward by a predetermined distance (for example, 2 cm) when the interlining adhesive fabric is stacked to a predetermined thickness. Since the configurations are the same, the same reference numerals are given and the explanation will be omitted.

Next, when the rod 30 of the cylinder 28 is raised and the unit 32 is moved to the highest position, the cylinder 68 shown in FIG. The rotating blade 63 is moved to the lower movement position, and then rotated so that the rotary blade 63 collides with the edge of the fabric Ca, and the excess fabric Ca' that has accidentally adhered to the fabric Ca is scraped off. At this time, the rotor 5 of the cylinder 64 projects diagonally downward and its tip abuts against the upper surface of the excess fabric Ca', thereby causing the fabric Ca that has not been completely scraped off to fall onto the upper surface of the laminated fabric C. Thereafter, the rotating blade 63 and cylinder 64 are returned to their original positions.

Next, in FIG. 5, the cylinder 26 is operated, and the horizontally movable support frame 25 is moved by the rod 27 toward the right in the figure, that is, toward the fabric/interlining intermittent conveyance mechanism 72 side. Then, all the units 32 are connected to a conveyor belt 76 for conveyance.
When the movement is stopped at a predetermined position above, the cylinders 2B and 35 are operated, the rods 30 and 36 are moved downward, the unit 32 is moved downward, and the fabric Ca, which was glued and held by the unit, is transferred to the conveyor belt. 76 is contacted. Thereafter, the cylinders 35 and 48 are simultaneously activated to raise the tape pressing member 39 and release the peeling wire 53.
is moved relatively downward, and as a result, the fabric Ca is separated from the adhesive tape 37 and placed on the upper surface of the conveyor belt 76. Thereafter, each unit 32 is moved to the uppermost moving position by the cylinder 28, and during this time the cylinder 45 is operated to transfer the used adhesive tool 137 onto the take-up reel 40.
The entire unit 32 is then moved by the cylinder 26 to a predetermined position above the laminated fabric lifting mechanism 1.

(1) The surplus fabric removal mechanism 54 described above is configured as shown in FIG. 15. To explain this, a mounting frame 98 is fixedly attached to the operating link 57.
A pair of movable pressing bodies 100 in the shape of an elongated rectangular box are supported via a rotation shaft 99 to be rotatable in the vertical direction. Further, a cylinder 101 is fixed downwardly to the operating link 57 by a bracket 102, and its rod 103
A rack 104 is attached to the rack 104, and is engaged with a pinion 105 fitted on the rotation shaft 99. When the cylinder 101 is actuated and the rank 104 is moved in the vertical direction, the movable pressing body 100 is reciprocated in the vertical direction via the pinion 105 and the rotation shaft 99. A plurality of pressing wires 106 are stretched in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the movable pressing body 100, and a tension applying mechanism 107 is provided at one end thereof. Similarly, a felt 108 is attached to the upper surface of the movable pressing body 100, and cooperates with a suction pipe 109 connected to the base end of the movable pressing body 100 so that air near the pressing wire 106 can be sucked.

Therefore, as shown in Figure 16, the excess fabric removal mechanism 5
4 is in the operation start position (at this time, the movable pressing member 100 is in an upright state), when the movable pressing member 100 is rotated and moved to the horizontal position shown in FIG. 17 by the cylinder 101, the pressing wire 1O6 is pressed against the lower surface of the fabric Ca adhered to the fabric adhesive tape 37 (or the lower surface when surplus fabric Ca' is attached). As a result, the fabric Ca is strongly pressed against the tape 37. On the other hand, suction pipe 1
09 sucks the air on the surplus fabric Ca' side toward the felt lO8, and since the surplus fabric Ca' attached to the lower surface of the fabric Ca is only in contact with the fabric Ca, the suction airflow When the movable press body 100 is rotated to a vertical position by the cylinder 101 as shown in FIG. 18, the excess fabric Ca' is pulled away from the fabric Ca. Here, most of the surplus fabric Ca' is dropped onto the upper surface of the laminated fabric C, but as shown in the figure, the surplus fabric Ca' that is still hanging down is removed by the separating member 115, which is moved forward by the operation of the cylinder 113. The excess fabric Ca' is pulled away from the fabric Ca, and the separating member 115 is moved downward by the operation of the cylinder 110, so that the excess fabric Ca' falls onto the upper surface of the laminated fabric C.
