断面図、第６図は従来の冷却装置と処理水との熱交換部
を中心とする概略正面図である。 図中、１は処理槽、２，２はオーバーフロー用，隔壁、
３は食品投入槽、４，４は処理水濾過槽、−５はフィル
ター、１１は処理水循環パイプ、１２は冷却装置、１３
はポンプ、１４はコンプレッサー、１５は凝縮器、１６
はパイプ、１７は断熱材層、１８は冷却筒、１９はバイ
パスパイプを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 食品投入槽と処理水濾過槽とを区画形成した処理槽
    にあって、前記役人槽と濾過槽間には処理水強制循環パ
    イプが配管され、かつこのパイプの一部は冷却装置の一
    部を構成する冷却筒の中心部を貫通すると共に、該冷却
    筒部には冷却装置の一部を構成するコンプレッサーにて
    発生した高圧ホットガス送気用バイパスパイプが配管さ
    れている生鮮食品の鮮度保持機における処理水冷却装置
    。 ２ 前記冷却筒の外周面には断熱材層が包着されている

    持機における理処水冷却装置。
