    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部にバッフル４、クライオパネル５等を収容した椀形
    シールド３をポンプケース２内に備えたクライオポンプ
    において、上記椀形シールド３の底部に漏斗状の水抜き
    孔８を設けると共に、該水抜き孔以外の孔の周りの縁を
    高く形成し、該水抜き孔８の下方には、水抜き用バルブ
    ９を具えた排水管１０を取付けたことを特徴とするクラ
    イオポンプの水除去装置。
