Claims (1)
- 永久磁石に検知コイルを巻いた検出子を歯車エ
キサイタの歯部に近接して配置し、エキサイタの
回転に伴う磁束の変化により検知コイルに交流電
圧を誘起させる磁気回転センサにおいて、エキサ
イタの歯の外周面との間に所定のエアーギヤツプ
を保つて配置する上記永久磁石の検出部をエキサ
イタの周方向に複数に分岐し、各検出部間の周方
向ピツチをエキサイタの歯先端での歯間ピツチ又
はその倍数に一致させたことを特徴とする磁気回
転センサ。
