記両固定筒の一方との間に配置されていて開放弁

筒と上記両固定筒の他方とを気密的に接続する耐
圧性ベローズと、上記ゴツグル板を吊下状態で運
動させて上記両固定筒と上記可動筒とで構成され

は閉鎖弁体とを斉合させるゴツクル板駆動装置と
