In this way, various inspections are required for safety management on steel bridges, but in many cases the upper surface is the road.
If inspection of the underside of the bridge body is performed on the bridge body, it may obstruct traffic and pose a problem. Therefore, maintenance work such as inspections is mainly carried out using work scaffolds erected on the underside of the bridge body.

In addition, maintenance work has also been carried out by suspending work scaffolds from the bridge body using chains, etc., but in this case, work is carried out at height, which poses a safety problem, and the work scaffolds must be attached to the entire surface of the bridge body for one span. In addition, the installation and removal of scaffolding materials is problematic because it takes a long time, and the scaffolding materials have many parts and tend to be expensive.

Large [Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a pair of moving rails arranged along longitudinal parallel girders on the lower surface of a bridge body, and a pair of moving rails provided at the front and rear ends of the moving rails, a rail clamping device for releasably suspending the movable rail on the longitudinal girder;
A working girder which is movably spanned along the moving rail and which is movable up and down with respect to the moving rail, and a working girder crane 1 which releasably suspends the working girder from the longitudinal girder.
and a moving cylinder means connected on one side to the moving rail and on the other hand to said working girder side for moving the working girder along or relative to the moving rail. By moving this work girder relative to the movable rail, maintenance can be performed on the entire span of the bridge body, and when it is installed on a bridge, the movable rail and work girder can be suspended from the bridge using a dedicated suspension vehicle, tow truck, etc. After being lowered, the clamp device can be easily attached to the longitudinal girder on the underside of the bridge body, so it can be installed in a short time and hardly obstructs traffic on the bridge.

During normal maintenance, the rail clamp device 6 of the movable rail 4 and the work girder clamp device 12 of the work technique 8 are both in a state where they clamp the flange portions 15 of the longitudinal girders 3a and 3b, but when they are not working on the movable rail 4. When moving the pipe 8, the working girder clamp device 12 at the upper end of the telescopic hanger 7 is released to free it from the flange portions 15 of the vertical girders 3a, 3b. In this state, by appropriately expanding and contracting the rod portion 20 of the moving cylinder means 18, the roller 9 supported by the support fitting 10 at the upper end of the extendable hanger 7 slides along the moving rail 4, as shown in FIG. The working tool 8 runs back and forth with respect to the moving rail 4, stops at an appropriate position, clamps the flange portion 15 with its working girder clamp device 12, and performs maintenance on the work bench 22 as described above.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, when the workpiece 8 has finished moving to the end of the moving rail 4 in the running direction, the work girder clamp device 12' at the upper end of the telescopic hanger 7 is used to clamp the flanges of the longitudinal girders 3a and 3b. 15 in a sandwiched state, move the moving rail 4
The rail clamp device 6 at the front and rear ends of the flange portion 1
Move it away from 5 to make it free. If the rod portion 20 of the moving cylinder means 18 is contracted in this state, the moving rail 4 will move forward in the running direction as shown in FIG. After the movement of the moving rail 4, the flange portion 15 is clamped by the rail clamping devices 6 at the front and rear ends of the moving rail 4, and the working method 8 is moved to the moving rail 4 in the same manner as described above, with the working girder clamp device 12 of the working method 8 free. move it along.
