In this way, steel bridges are required to undergo various inspections for safety management purposes, but in many cases, the upper surface of the bridge is the road, and if inspections of the lower surface of the bridge body are carried out on the bridge body, it may impede traffic. There's a problem. Therefore, maintenance work such as inspections is mainly carried out using work scaffolds erected on the underside of the bridge body.

In addition, maintenance work has also been carried out by suspending work scaffolds from the bridge body using chains, etc., but in this case, work must be done at height, which poses safety issues, and the work scaffolds must be attached to the entire surface of the bridge body for one span. In addition, it takes a long time to install and remove the scaffolding, which is problematic, and the scaffolding material has a large number of parts and tends to be expensive.

[Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a pair of moving rails arranged along longitudinal parallel girders on the lower surface of a bridge body, and a pair of moving rails provided at the front and rear ends of the moving rails. A rail clamp device that releasably suspends a moving rail on a vertical girder, a working girder that is movably spanned along the moving rail and is provided to be movable up and down with respect to the moving rail, and the working girder. A clamp device for a working girder is detachably suspended from the longitudinal girder, and one side is connected to the moving rail and the other side is connected to the working girder side, and the clamping device is connected to the working girder along the moving rail or to the working girder. It is equipped with a moving cylinder means for moving the moving rail, and maintenance of the entire span of the bridge body can be performed by moving this working girder relative to the moving rail, and when installed on the bridge, it is equipped with a moving cylinder means for moving the moving rail. After the work girder is suspended from the bridge using a special suspension vehicle or a retsu car, the clamp device can be attached to the vertical girder on the underside of the bridge body. This means that there is almost no obstruction to traffic.

The working girder 8 is provided so as to be able to rise and fall freely by expanding and contracting the extendable hanger 7, and is provided to extend in the width direction of the bridge body 1. An auxiliary work girder 21 is slidably housed with respect to the work girder 8 so as to be freely retractable from one end of the work girder 8, that is, from the end side of the bridge body 1 on the substantially central side (right end) as shown in FIG. The end of the auxiliary working girder 21 can extend below the bridge body 1 on the right side in the figure. A work platform 22 that can be raised and lowered is provided on the auxiliary work girder 21 so as to be movable along the auxiliary work girder 21. That is, a traveling rail 23 is provided on the auxiliary work girder 21, and a work platform 22 is provided on a trolley 24 that travels along the traveling rail 23. This workbench 22 can be raised up to the side of the longitudinal girder 3 as shown in FIG.
It is configured to be able to move up and down along the bridge body 1 and cross the width direction of the bridge body 1. Further, an insertion hole 25 is provided at the rear end of the auxiliary working girder 21 for inserting a suspension rod of a suspension vehicle to be described later.
