The heat insulating board 1 used in the present invention may be any material as long as it has heat insulating properties, and is not particularly limited to organic materials, inorganic materials, hard, soft, open cell, closed cell, etc. Desirably, a rigid foam is preferable since it is used as a structure, and a closed-cell organic foam is preferable from the viewpoint of heat insulation performance. Examples of materials that can be used for the heat insulating board 1 include polystyrene, polymethacrylic acid ester, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, foams such as synthetic rubber, polyurethane foam, phenol foam, foam glass, calcium silicate insulation materials, and barlite. In particular, foams made of polystyrene, polymethacrylic acid ester, and their copolymers have shown good results in terms of light absorption, heat insulation, non-water absorption, hardness, weather resistance, aesthetics, and processability. Gave. The thickness of the heat insulating board 1 is usually preferably in the range of 5 to 50 mm, although it depends on its use.
In particular, it is preferably 5 to 15 mm when used for indoor shoji screens, and 15 to 30 mm when used for shutters and inner windows.
Of course, it goes without saying that in cold regions, the thickness of the heat insulating board 1 becomes relatively large.

In the present invention, the above-mentioned heat insulating plate 1 is provided with a large number of through holes 2, 2, . The through-hole 2 must be large enough to allow light to pass through and not significantly reduce the insulation performance of the heat insulating board 1, and for this purpose, it is preferable that the through-hole 2 be sized so that the air in the through-hole 2 becomes a static fluid. . Therefore, the diameter of the through hole 2 varies depending on the thickness of the heat insulating plate 1, but is preferably in the range of about 0.05 to 20 mm, and may be increased as the thickness of the heat insulating plate 1 becomes larger. The cross-sectional shape of the through hole 2 is arbitrary, such as triangular or circular.
The number of holes varies depending on the required brightness of the room, etc. and the size of the through hole 2, and they can be provided on the entire surface or partially as desired, but it is preferable to provide one or more per 4 cm 2 . Further, the through-holes 2 can be decorated with various patterns and shapes. Although the angle of the through hole 2 with respect to the heat insulating plate 1 can be set arbitrarily,
It is preferable to install it diagonally in consideration of the solar radiation height in winter because it improves the lighting performance.

Transparent or translucent plate-shaped body 3 used in the present invention
As long as the light passes through it, whether directly or through scattering, a plate, sheet, film, paper, or a laminate of these can be used. For example, glass plates, acrylic resin plates, vinyl chloride resin plates, polyester resin plates, glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin plates, fluororesin films, metal-deposited films such as aluminum, shoji paper, wallpaper, etc., or multiple of these. Examples include laminated ones and those with surface decorations. The wall thickness of the plate-shaped body 3 depends on the strength and purpose of the insulation plate 1, but it is normal.
A range of 0.05 to 10 mm is preferred, and a range of 1 to 5 mm is particularly preferred.

For laminating the heat insulating board 1 and the plate-shaped body 3, a method of directly heat-sealing, a method of adhering with an adhesive, or a method of simply fixing the overlapping periphery with a wooden frame, a metal frame, etc. may be adopted as appropriate.

The thus obtained heat insulating daylighting board is a heat insulating board 1 having a large number of through holes 2, 2... that widen at the center.
Since it has a structure in which transparent or translucent plate-like bodies 3 are stacked on top of each other, the air in the through-holes 2 becomes a sealed stationary fluid due to its viscous resistance and the plate-like bodies 3, and substantially no convection occurs. Therefore, the part of the through hole 2 has substantially the same performance as a heat insulating material, and at the same time has excellent heat insulating properties, it also has lighting properties, and also has dew condensation prevention properties, soundproofing properties, etc. It becomes what you have.

Moreover, if a glass plate with high mass is used as the plate-like body 3, the glass plate is an excellent sound insulating material, and the through holes 2
Since the heat insulating board 1 having the above structure is also a sound absorbing material, the sound insulation effect is synergistically exhibited and is particularly excellent. Furthermore, since the glass plate is a noncombustible material, it is also effective in terms of fire prevention.

Furthermore, if the plate-shaped body 3 is decorated with wallpaper, art paper, shoji paper, etc. having patterns, figures, etc., or laminated with glass, plastic board, etc., the interior effect can be enhanced.

Since the insulating daylighting board of the present invention is configured as described above, it has excellent heat insulation properties and also has lighting properties, and can be used for shutters, windows, ceiling windows, shoji screens, daylighting holes, factories, etc. It can be suitably used as a lighting roof material for railway stations, agricultural greenhouses, etc.
