Conventionally, in order to install daylight windows that let in sunlight inside structures such as houses, factories, and gymnasiums to the outer enclosure such as tile-and-stick roofs or walls, it has been necessary to first ensure that the rain is shut off. This made the configuration complicated and the installation work troublesome. Also,
It is difficult to insulate even the lighting area, and as a result dew condensation occurs due to the cold bridging effect, and even this dew condensation treatment was incomplete. In addition, the lighting section had a weak strength.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has devised the present invention by removing a part of the gutter board of the tile stick roofing outer enclosure to form an opening. A plurality of mounting brackets are mounted at predetermined intervals on the tile rods on both sides, and on the adjacent mounting brackets, receiving brackets having gutter-like parts on both sides and straight in the longitudinal direction are installed horizontally. A corrugated receiving material is fixed on the receiving bracket, a lower corrugated lighting plate is placed on the corrugated receiving material, and an intermediate corrugated receiving plate whose upper and lower surfaces are corrugated is placed directly above the corrugated receiving material and on the lower corrugated lighting plate. By making the upper corrugated daylighting board into an insulated daylighting envelope that is watertightly fixed through the material, it is the corrugated receiving material and the intermediate corrugated receiving material that receive the upper and lower corrugated daylighting boards, and those that support them are: It is a receiving metal fitting,
The configuration of each component is simple, mass production is possible and inexpensive, and the two-layered lighting section has superior heat insulation performance, making it an effective means for energy conservation. It prevents condensation from forming on the underside and prevents the inside of the structure from getting dirty. Even with two-layer daylighting panels, it is relatively easy to attach them to a part of the tiled roof enclosure such as the roof or wall using the mounting bracket. It can be constructed easily and quickly, has superior strength, and can be reliably protected from rain, eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks, and furthermore,
To provide a device that can reliably handle dew condensation even if the temperature difference between inside and outside is extremely large and condensation occurs on the lower surface of a lower corrugated daylighting plate.

Reference numeral 27 denotes a second receiving material for the joint, in which the gasket-shaped corrugated receiving material 9 (see Fig. 11) and the second gasket 21 for the joint (see Fig. 20) are integrally formed (see Fig. 20). (See Figure 24) and the material is the same as above. When using the first and second receiving members 26 and 27 for the joint, the gasket-shaped corrugated receiving member 9 is not used, but they are placed on the receiving fitting 7 as they are, and the gate-shaped portion 7a of the receiving fitting 7 is A relatively long bolt 19a protruding from the upper side at an appropriate pitch is passed through and attached. The first and second joint receiving materials 26 and 27 are used for the joint of the lower corrugated lighting plate 11, and the first and second intermediate corrugated receiving materials 22,
When combined with 23, four types are formed. The specific explanation will be omitted since it is the same as above. 1st
Figure 8 shows one embodiment of the lower corrugated lighting plate 1.
The first joint receiving material 26 is used for one joint, and the first intermediate corrugated joint receiving material 22 is used for the joint of the upper corrugated lighting plate 14. Moreover, the cushion material may not be provided in each of the first gasket 20 for a joint or the first intermediate corrugated receiving material 22 for a joint. In addition, if a single layer of daylighting board (lower corrugated daylighting board 11 only) is installed and then a second layer is installed in the heat insulating daylighting area, the cover cap 15 also covers the width direction of the lower waveform daylighting board 11. A corrugated joint cover 24 is covered on the abutting ends in the longitudinal direction, and the bolts 12a, 19a and nuts 12b, 19b are installed using composite bolts. In addition, the same procedure may be applied to a new building with two layers. To construct the joint part, directly on top of the corrugated receiving material 9 in the form of a corrugated strip,
The abutting ends of the lower corrugated lighting plate 11 may be placed and attached with a corrugated joint cover 24 via a sealant 25 or the like as required. Further, the wave band-shaped wave receiving material 9 used for the joint portion may have a bulging line or groove formed approximately in the center thereof along the undulating direction.

In the present invention, an opening is formed by removing a part of the gutter board 2 of the tile rod roofing outer enclosure A, and mounting brackets 6 are installed at a predetermined interval on the tile rod parts A 1 and A 1 on both sides of the opening. A receiving metal fitting 7 having gutter-like portions 7b, 7b on both sides and having a straight shape in the longitudinal direction is installed horizontally on the adjacent mounting fittings, and a corrugated receiving material is mounted on the receiving metal fitting 7. 9 is fixed, a lower corrugated lighting plate 11 is placed on the corrugated receiving material 9, and an intermediate corrugated receiving material 1 whose upper and lower surfaces are corrugated is placed directly above the corrugated receiving material 9 and on the lower corrugated lighting board 11.
By making the upper corrugated daylighting plate 14 into a water-tight heat-insulating daylighting envelope through 3, firstly, the insulation effect is good, secondly, it has a strong structure, and thirdly, it has a strong structure.
It has a simple structure, can be constructed easily and quickly, and can be provided at a low cost.

To explain these effects in detail, the lower corrugated daylighting plate 11 is covered, and the upper waveform daylighting plate 1 is placed on top of this through the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13 having corrugations on the upper and lower surfaces.
4 is watertightly fixed, and the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13 exists directly above the corrugated receiving material 9, so that the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13
An air layer is formed between the lower corrugated daylighting plate 11 and the upper waveform daylighting plate 14, which is cut off from the outside air. Many of these air layers exist in the form of a unit, and this plays the role of a heat insulating layer. None, it is possible to create a daylighting enclosure with extremely good heat insulation effect.

It also makes it difficult to dissipate heat inside, and has the effect of retaining heat. Therefore, by using a two-layer lighting board, not only can the power consumption for lighting be reduced, but also the efficiency of heating and cooling inside the structure can be improved, which in turn significantly reduces the power consumption for heating and cooling. This is extremely suitable for energy saving measures.

Furthermore, when such a heat insulating layer is formed, the thermal conductivity of the outside temperature becomes extremely low at the 11 locations of the lower corrugated daylighting plate, and the cold bridging effect hardly works, causing dew condensation on the bottom surface of the lower waveform daylighting plate 11. This prevents condensation from contaminating the interior.

In addition, the two-layer lighting section that is isolated from the outside air not only prevents rainwater from entering the interior. Dust and the like do not enter, the inside does not get dirty, and even after long-term use, sufficient lighting can be obtained by simply cleaning the top surface of the upper corrugated lighting plate 14.

Furthermore, in the present invention, the lighting section is made up of two layers with the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13 interposed in between, and the lower corrugated lighting plate 11 is supported by the receiving bracket 7 to which the corrugated receiving material 9 is fixed.
Since the receiving fittings 7 were installed horizontally on the mounting fittings 6, 6 attached to the adjacent tile rods A1 , A1 , it is the corrugated receiving material 9 that directly receives the lower corrugated lighting board 11. , the support fitting 7 supports the upper and lower corrugated lighting plates 14, 11, the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13, the corrugated receiving material 9, etc. with strength. That is, the role of supporting the load is shared.

Therefore, in the corrugated receiving material 9, the lower corrugated lighting plate 1
Even if the lower corrugated lighting plate 11 is made of glass, the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13 can be applied as a surface over the entire width of the lower corrugated lighting plate 11.
Even when the weight of members such as the upper corrugated lighting plate 14 and the like is added, it is difficult to break. Further, the upper corrugated lighting plate 14 received by the intermediate corrugated receiving material 13 can also be made less likely to break. In this way, the corrugated receiving material 9 and the intermediate corrugated receiving material 1
No. 3 is not particularly important in terms of strength, and as long as it has a waveform shape, even a simple and inexpensive one can fulfill its role. On the other hand, the bracket 7 supports the weight of the upper and lower corrugated lighting plates 14, 11, etc. and the external forces (horizontal and vertical loads) applied thereto, and if the strength is sufficient, the shape can be complicated (waveform, etc.) This itself has a simple configuration and can be mass-produced at low cost. In this way, the number of members is small even though it has a separate role, and the installation of a two-layer lighting section in a part of the tile and stick roofing enclosure A can be done relatively easily and quickly. .

Furthermore, the receiving bracket 7 is fixed to the mounting brackets 6, 6 that are attached to the appropriate positions of the tile bar parts A1 , A1 , so that
The installation work of the receiving metal fitting 7 is also extremely simple, and the workability can be further improved. Such a two-layer heat-insulating and lighting enclosure has a great advantage in that it can be easily installed not only in a newly installed tile and stick roofing enclosure A, but also in an existing one.

In addition, since the gutter-like portions 7b, 7b are provided on both sides of the receiving bracket 7, the inside and outside temperatures are extremely high, so that even if a cold bridging effect occurs and condensation occurs on the back surface of the lower corrugated lighting plate 11, , the condensed water flows from the upper side of the water to the lower side of the water, and the gutter-like part 7
b, and from there to the outside of the enclosure, preventing condensed water from falling into the room. Because of the heat-insulating lighting section (two layers), the occurrence of dew condensation can be almost completely prevented in this way, but this is just in case something happens.
This dew condensation treatment is particularly effective when the roof is equipped with natural light.

As described above, the two-layer (insulating) lighting section provided in a part of the tile-and-stick roof enclosure A can be provided at a relatively low construction cost due to the simple structure and quick construction.
Moreover, it is also suitable to close the two-layer lighting section from rain.

7th class, upper and lower corrugated lighting plates 14, 14.1
By constructing a joint in which the longitudinal ends of 1 and 11 are butted, even when external forces such as vibrations are applied,
By not polymerizing, damage to the ends can be prevented, capillary action does not occur, and the ends of the upper and lower corrugated lighting plates 14, 11 at the joint can be prevented from getting dirty at all, making it suitable for maintenance and management. Furthermore, sufficient lighting can be achieved even at the joints of the lighting plates.
