Generally, tile roofs are made of metal plates, so maintenance is problematic. For example, even if colored galvanized iron sheets are used, the entire roof needs to be repainted once every 5 to 6 years. be. In addition, the sound of rain during rain is loud and interferes with conversations indoors, or causes pain to people who are sick or nervous. Furthermore, even if insulation material is installed under the tile rods, roofing boards are often not installed, and compared to other roofing tiles, such as clay tiles or colored asbestos roofing materials, it is hotter in the summer and colder in the winter. However, if you live in a house for a long time, you may want to replace it with a new roofing material.

However, tile roofs are generally from 1.5 cm.
Due to the gentle roof slope of 2.5 cm, it is difficult to replace the roof with clay tiles or flat plate roofing material (the inner flat plate of residential roof slate). For example, even if the slope is steep, the load capacity of the framework is low. Replacing the roof with clay tiles is difficult. If we were to re-roof the roof, we would need to reinforce the base and raise the slope, which would make the work very large-scale, and we ended up having to remove the damaged tile roof and replace it again. The roof will be reroofed. In addition, whichever method is used, the tiled roof must be removed, which is very troublesome as it requires moving household goods or moving from one place to another.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a tile rod roof with cores that allows the tile rod roof to be re-roofed by simply fixing the corrugated roofing material directly to the cores of the tile rods. The aim is to provide a new roof replacement method. That is, the gist of the present invention is to set the height of the crests to such a height that the tile rods can be included below them, to make the bottoms of the troughs contact the flat roofing parts, and to set the pitches so that the tile rods can be included in the bottom of the ridges. Arrange the wavy roofing materials with the same spacing between the rods so that their peaks are on the upper side of the tile rods, and also arrange the side edges of adjacent wavy roofing materials in the row direction between the tile rods and the tile rods. The wavy roofing material is fixed by overlapping and joining the wavy roofing material between the tile rods, and driving a fixing nail of the wavy roofing material into the core of the tile rod from above the wavy roofing material. It consists in a method of re-roofing a tile stick roof with core wood.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the drawings, 1... is a tile rod having a core wood 2 inside, 3 is a corrugated roofing material, and the height of the peak part 5 is set below the tile rod. The height is set so that the tile rod 1 can be included in the side 4, and the bottom surface 9 of the trough 7 is in contact with the flat roofing portion 6, and both end portions 11, 11 are between the tile rods 1, 1. It is done like this. In addition, the pitch P is made equal to the distance d between the tile bars. As a result, all the peaks 5 wrap around all the tile rods 1, and the bottoms 9 of the valleys 7 come into contact with the flat roofing parts 6, making the fixed installation of the corrugated roofing material 3 strong and preventing it from being blown by strong winds. It will become stronger. It should be noted that asbestos cement products (made of residential roofing slate) are ideal for the corrugated roofing material 3 because they are lightweight and do not exceed the load capacity of the roof frame.

The arrangement and fixing of the corrugated roofing material 3 is carried out at its peak portion 5.
This is done by arranging the tiles so that they are on the upper side of the tile rods 1, and then driving their fixing nails 8 into the cores 2 of the tile rods 1 from above the corrugated roofing material 3. In this case, it is desirable to have an overlapping allowance of 130 mm or more in the flow direction of the corrugated roofing material, so that even a roof with a gentle slope of 1.5 inches will have high rain protection performance.

Since the roofing material used in the present invention is a corrugated roofing material, it is not necessary to connect the corrugated roofing material adjacent in the row direction directly above the tile rod, and the two connected tile rods are connected between the tile rods. It is possible to connect two pieces of corrugated roofing material by overlapping the side edges other than the peaks,
The upper part of the tile rod can be fixed by driving a nail into a piece of corrugated roofing material, making it easy to drive the nail into place.

Furthermore, since the nails driven into the corrugated roofing material can be driven directly into the core of the tile rod, the length of the nails can be shortened and driving is very easy.

When re-roofing, there is no need to remove the old roof, and the corrugated roofing material is simply fixed directly to the core of the tile rod, so the nails are short, easy to drive, and much shorter than conventional construction methods. It can be done within the construction period.
