Traditionally, roofs with tile sticks are still commonly constructed using shingles, hangers, etc. When this tile-stick roof becomes obsolete or corrodes after long-term use, and rainwater begins to enter the room, it becomes necessary to replace it with a new roof, and the tile-stick roof becomes obsolete or corroded due to long-term use. It was removed and replaced with a new roof. During this removal, companies, factories, etc. may collect dust, etc., and various parts such as removed roof panels may fall, and in the case of rain, the interior may get wet, so tents are used to protect equipment, products, etc. ,
It was necessary to put up tents, etc., and furthermore, the work or operation of companies, factories, etc. had to be temporarily suspended, and the losses and damages caused to companies and factories were enormous. In addition, it was essential to install tents in gymnasiums because the floor would warp if it got wet with rain, making it impossible to hold official competitions. In addition, in ordinary houses, if reroofing work is carried out while the house is still occupied, there is a possibility that it will get rained on, so the removed area must be replaced with a new roof on the same day.
The disadvantage was that the work was inconsistent, cumbersome, and inefficient. In either case, it takes time and effort to remove the existing tile-and-stick roof, and not only does the function of the company, residence, etc. stop, but it also increases the number of construction days required to replace the new roof. There were drawbacks such as high costs.

Therefore, the inventor worked diligently to eliminate the above drawbacks.
As a result of repeated research, we developed the present invention, which is a movable suspender body with a movable tongue piece slidably attached to the top piece of the suspender body, which has a roughly hat-shaped cross section. A plurality of movable hangers are provided at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of each tile rod part, and rising slopes are formed on both sides of the main plate, and from the upper ends of both rising slopes. each forming an apex outwardly;
The main plate of the construction board, which can be seam welded and has a rising part from the outer end, is placed on the existing tile-rod roof, and the top part is placed on the top piece of the suspender body, and the adjacent construction board By sandwiching the movable tongue piece of the movable hanger between the opposing rising parts of the roof and seam welding both rising parts, the existing tile stick roof can be left as it is. This eliminates the need for removal, and it is possible to easily and quickly construct a new roof by seam welding.
It is possible to provide a roof that is extremely watertight and airtight, and furthermore, the entire roof can be made strong, thus solving the above problems and achieving the purpose.

The gate-shaped part 6a of the suspender main body 6 of the movable suspender B straddles the tile rod part A1 of the existing tile rod roof A, and the mounting parts 6b, 6b of the suspender main body 6 are fixed with the fixing tool 9. It is fixed to the main building 4, etc., and a plurality of movable hangers B, B, . . . are provided at one location on the tile rod portion A at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction. The main plate 8a of the construction board C is placed on the groove plate 1 of the existing tile-rod roof A, and the top part 8c is placed on the top piece of the gate-shaped part 6a of the hanger main body 6, and this is the movable hanger. It is placed on the left and right sides of the movable hanger B, and is attached so that its rising portion 8d comes into contact with the vertical portion 7a of the movable tongue piece 7 of the movable hanger B. At this time, since the movable tongue piece 7 of the movable hanger B is configured to be slidable, the position may shift, and the vertical part 7a of the movable tongue piece 7 is moved to the rising part 8.
d may be temporarily fixed (spot welding, etc.).

Next, the adjacent building board C is the previous building board C.
The rising portions 8d, 8d are arranged in such a way that they are in contact with each other, and the movable tongue piece 7 (vertical portion 7a) of the movable hanger B is held between them, and the rising portions 8d, 8
d are seam welded together with the movable tongue piece 7 to form a joint 10, and these steps are repeated one after another to form a new roof watertightly by seam welding. In the case shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper edge of the rising part 8d at the joint 10 of the repaired roof of the existing tile stick roof is folded back to form a fold 11, and as shown in FIG. In the example shown, the fold 11 is not provided at the joint portion 10 of the repaired roof of the existing tile stick roof.

In the present invention, the suspender main body 6 of the movable suspender B, which has a movable tongue piece 7 slidably provided on the top piece of the suspender main body 6 having a substantially hat-shaped cross section, is attached to the tile rod part of the existing tile rod roof A.
It is fixed so as to straddle A 1 , and its movable hanger B,
B, .
The main plate 8a of the seam-weldable construction board C, which has top parts 8c and 8c formed outward from the upper end of the seam weldable construction board C, and which has rising parts 8d and 8d formed from the outer end thereof, is placed on the existing tile stick roof A. While placing the top part 8c on the hanger body 6
The movable tongue piece 7 of the movable hanger B is held between the opposing rising parts 8d, 8d of the adjacent building boards C, C, and both rising parts 8d, 8d are seam welded. By repairing the existing tile stick roof, firstly, it is completely watertight (rainproof) and airtight, and secondly, it can respond well to thermal expansion and contraction.
Thirdly, welding distortion during seam welding can be watertight to a minimum, and a repaired roof with an excellent appearance can be provided.Fourthly, the existing tile stick roof A can be left as is, eliminating the need for removal. A new roof can be easily and quickly constructed by seam welding on top of the roof, which in turn can shorten the construction period and greatly reduce construction costs. The roof is double-layered, making it stronger.

To explain these effects in detail, since a new roof is constructed by seam welding on top of the existing tile stick roof A, the seam welded joints are completely watertight (rainproof). In particular, even if an ice embankment forms on the new roof after construction and stagnant water occurs, it will not seep into the interior at all, and water leakage can be reliably prevented.

Furthermore, since it is joined by seam welding, it has excellent airtightness and good soundproofing performance, and when used with the existing tile stick roof A, it can also improve heat insulation.

Furthermore, even if the new roof constructed by seam welding expands and contracts due to the outside temperature, the movable tongue piece 7 of the movable hanger B will slide as appropriate to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction. The new roof created by seam welding can be made to have no thermal stress distortion at all.

In addition, a considerable amount of thermal strain occurs due to welding during the seam welding process, but in the present invention, the top part 8c and the rising slope part 8b are located closer to the center of the main plate 8a than the seam welding point. Since the corner portion and the corner portion between the rising inclined portion 8b and the main plate 8a are present, the section modulus of the corner portion is also large.
It has the advantage that it is quite strong, and as a result, it can be made into a material that hardly suffers from distortion due to welding heat. Therefore, a repaired roof with an aesthetic appearance can be provided.

Furthermore, when constructing a new roof by seam welding, the tile rod portions A1 of the existing tile rod roof A can be used as a guide for allocation, making the construction even easier.

In addition, the existing tile-stick roof A and the new roof will be double-roofed, and the tensile strength against external forces (tensile loads such as wind pressure) can be significantly increased as a whole.
