In recent years, from the viewpoint of energy conservation policy, it has become popular to provide structures with daylighting areas. In most cases where the lighting portion is covered with lighting plates having an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction, the joint portions in the longitudinal direction are overlapped. Then, rainwater enters into the overlapping part along with dust due to capillary action, making the overlapping part extremely dirty and not only unable to achieve the purpose of lighting, but also very often damaged by external forces such as vibrations. It has disadvantages, and furthermore, the dirty polymerization part spoils the aesthetic appearance. Further, there was no lighting section that could firmly support and fix the joint section with a relatively simple structure.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor developed the present invention by providing a gutter-like part on both sides of the portal part in the width direction, and creating a straight joint receiving bracket in the longitudinal direction. A corrugated receiving material for a joint, which has a protrusion formed on the upper surface of the corrugation in a bulging manner approximately at the center in the width direction and along the undulations of the waveform, is fixed onto the portal part of the receiving fitting for a joint, and the protrusion is formed on the upper surface of the corrugated shape. Place the opposing ends of corrugated lighting plates of appropriate length on the corrugated upper surfaces on both sides in the width direction, cover the upper surfaces of both ends of the opposing corrugated lighting plates with corrugated joint covers, and connect the corrugated joint covers and the joints. By using a joint device for the corrugated light-lighting plates, which are fixed with fasteners such as bolts and nuts at the interval between the ends of the corrugated light-lighting plates, so that the ends of the corrugated light-lighting plates are sandwiched between the corrugated receiving material from above and below, It becomes a butt-shaped joint, and even if external forces such as vibrations are applied, the end of the corrugated daylighting plate is significantly less likely to be damaged, and capillary action does not occur, ensuring reliable rain closure, preventing the joint from getting dirty, and improving the lighting intensity. The joint device can be made suitable and aesthetically pleasing, the construction of the joint device is relatively simple, construction can be done easily and quickly, and it is superior in strength, thus solving the above-mentioned problems.

In the present invention, on the corrugated upper surface of the corrugated upper surface on both sides of the corrugated strip 6 in the width direction of the corrugated receiving material 2 for a joint, which has a protrusion 6 formed on the corrugated upper surface at approximately the center in the width direction and along the waveform undulations. The opposing ends of the corrugated lighting plates 9, 9 are placed, and the upper surfaces of the opposing ends are covered with a corrugated joint cover 10, and the corrugated joint cover 10 and the corrugated receiving material 2 for the joint are used to form both corrugated lighting plates 9. , 9 ends from above and below, both corrugated lighting plates 9, 9
By fixing the opposing ends of the corrugated lighting plates 9, 9 with fixing tools such as bolts 2a and nuts 2b at the interval between the ends, firstly, a butt-shaped joint is formed;
Even if external force such as vibration is applied, the corrugated lighting plate 9,
It is possible to create a strong joint structure that is extremely difficult to damage at the 9 ends.Secondly, capillary action does not occur, the rain can be shut off reliably, the joint part does not become dirty, the amount of sunlight can be adjusted, and it is aesthetically pleasing. Thirdly, the structure of the joint device is relatively simple and can be provided at low cost.
Furthermore, it has effects such as being able to perform simple and quick construction.

However, even if external forces such as vibrations are applied, the ends of the corrugated lighting plates 9 are extremely difficult to be damaged, and the corrugated lighting plates 9, 9 are strong.

できる利点ががある。 Further, it is the joint corrugated receiving material 2 that directly receives the end of the corrugated lighting plate 9, and furthermore, it is the joint receiving metal fitting 1 that supports the vertical load and the like with strength. Therefore, the corrugated receiving material 2 for the joint can receive a uniformly distributed load over the entire width of the corrugated daylighting plate 9, which also has the advantage of making the waveform daylighting plate 9 less likely to break. .

The butt-shaped joint of the present invention does not cause capillary action, does not become dirty, allows for a suitable level of lighting over a long period of time, and has great advantages in terms of maintenance and management.

Since the shape of the fitting 1 does not need to be complicated (such as wavy in the longitudinal direction), it can be provided at a low cost by cutting straight, mass-produced steel sections into appropriate lengths. The corrugated receiving material 2 for the joint is not integrated with the gutter-like portions 1b, 1b, and only needs to form a corrugated shape, so it can be easily and inexpensively manufactured by press working, resin processing, etc. Only when both are used in common can a relatively simple and inexpensive support structure be provided.

も極めて強固な継手装置を提供できる。 With the above-mentioned good workability, construction costs can be reduced. In addition, the corrugated daylighting plate has increased strength compared to a flat one, and because it is configured to support this in an evenly distributed manner, the edge of the waveform daylighting plate 9 has horizontal,
It is possible to provide an extremely strong joint device even when larger external forces such as vertical loads and earthquakes are applied.

手装置の場合に、特に効果的である。 In addition, since the gutter-like parts 1b, 1b are provided on both sides in the width direction of the gate-shaped part 1a of the joint receiving fitting 1, even if dew condensation occurs on the back surface of the corrugated daylighting plate 9 due to the cold bridging effect due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside. Most of this condensed water flows down into the gutter-like portion 1b, flows out from here to the outside, and does not fall into the room, thereby preventing the room from becoming dirty. This is particularly effective in the case of a joint device in which the corrugated daylighting plate 9 is used as a daylighting roof.

特徴とした波形採光板の継手装置。 Gutter-like parts are provided on both sides of the gate-shaped part in the width direction to form a longitudinally straight joint receiving bracket, and a protrusion is formed on the corrugated upper surface at approximately the center in the width direction and along the undulations of the waveform. The corrugated receiving material for the joint is fixed on the gate-shaped part of the receiving fitting for the joint, and the opposite ends of corrugated lighting plates of appropriate length are placed on the corrugated upper surface on both sides of the protrusion in the width direction, The upper surfaces of both ends of the opposing corrugated lighting plates are covered with corrugated joint covers, and the ends of both corrugated lighting plates are sandwiched between the corrugated joint cover and the corrugated receiving material for the joint from above and below. A coupling device for corrugated lighting plates, characterized in that they are fixed at intervals using fixing devices such as bolts and nuts.
