行に延びる共通の固定軸により該固定軸を中心と
して相対回動自在に連結され、それにより両アー
ムは両アームが一体的に延びる作動位置と固定軸
を中心として折れ曲つた不作動位置とを選択的に
とることができ、更に上記第1、第2アーム間に
は該両アームの相対回動を防止して両アームを作
動位置に一体的にロツクするロツクピンと該ロツ
クピンを所定時に解除するシリンダ式アクチユエ
ータと、両アームを上記作動位置に向かつて常時
付勢しロツク解放時に両アームを作動位置に復帰
