Thereafter, they are forcibly dried, and each sheet is impregnated with an adhesive (for example, phenol-based, melamine-based, urea-based) in a vacuum chamber, and then dried again.

It does not warp, and the wood grain is clearly visible on the cut surface. Further, depending on the case, the wood grains of the thin plates may be overlapped crosswise.

Stretch the rolling paper in °-'' shape from ' = 1'''5': Cutting - Cut the thin plate 1 of the desired shape, 100~150
Force drying at a temperature of 5-101 minutes. Next, this thin plate 1 is soaked in silicone oil or paraffin oil heated to 1-t-190° C. for 3 to 3.5 hours to impregnate the thin plate 1 with oil. After that, after forced drying at a temperature of 60 to 80°C for 4 hours, an adhesive (for example, phenolic, melamine, or urea type) is applied to the surface, and about 10 sheets, for example, are stacked parallel to the grain of the thin board 1. ~15
The laminated reinforcing material 2 is formed by hot pressing at 0° C. for 30 minutes to 4 hours (the longer the thickness, the longer the time). This laminated reinforcement material 2
Processed to produce door handles, solo pans, floors, pillars, decorative items, etc. At this time, the cutting process of the laminated reinforcing material 2 is better than that of resin due to the oil impregnation.

Not only does it give a sense of luxury and weight, but even if the thin sheets are layered so that the wood grains are parallel, they will not absorb moisture later, so they will not warp and the wood grain will be visible on the cut surface. It has the excellent effect of becoming more beautiful and adding to the sense of luxury.
