Claims (1)
- 両端が閉塞されその一端側の閉塞壁中心部にガ
イド孔を有する筒状の変位計本体と、この変位計
本体内の軸心線上に固定された棒状のスピンドル
ガイドと、このスピンドルガイドに外側より嵌合
するとともに上記ガイド孔を挿通し一部に突起部
を有し上記ガイド孔より導出する一端には被検出
体と接する接点部を有して変位計本体の軸心線と
平行に進退動作可能なスピンドルと、上記変位計
本体内に基端部が固着された板ばねと、この板ば
ねと上記突起部との間に掛渡されたスプリングと
、上記板ばねの一部に貼着され上記スピンドルの
進退動作に伴う板ばねのたわみ量を検出する歪ゲ
ージと、この歪ゲージの出力に基づいてスピンド
ルの移動量を算出する手段とを具備したことを特
徴とする変位計。
