Claims (1)
- 筒状の変位計本体と、この変位計本体の一方の
端壁軸心部に穿設された貫通孔と、この貫通孔よ
り前記変位計本体内に摺動自在に挿通された棒状
の接触子と、この接触子の後端部と前記変位計本
体の他方の端壁軸心部との間に連結された伸縮自
在な接触子摺動ガイド部と、前記接触子の変位量
に応じた電気信号を出力する変位計測用センサと
を具備したことを特徴とする変位計。
