Claims (1)
- コイルに電流を流すことで発生する磁力によつ
て鉄芯をコイル内で移動させ、この鉄芯の移動で
弁を開閉させる電磁弁において、コイル内を鉄芯
が移動する時に発生する逆起電力を検出する検出
回路を、直線コイルに接続し域いは検出コイルの
如き媒体を介して間接的にコイルに付設したこと
を特徴とする電磁弁の作動検出器。
