Claims (1)
- ソレノイド容器内に配置される磁界発生コイル
の内側に固定鉄心と可動鉄心とが小間隔を置いて
離間接近可能に配置されると共に、可動鉄心には
常態では固定鉄心から離間される方向に付勢手段
が連繋され、さらに前記固定鉄心と可動鉄心との
距離を検知する距離検出センサが配置され、該距
離検出センサによる検出信号に基づき、前記磁界
発生コイルに印加される電圧が制御されるように
構成したことを特徴とするソレノイド駆動装置。
