- 弁体を開閉駆動する電磁弁のソレノイドに直列
接続されたスイツチング手段をオン・オフさせて
、前記ソレノイドに通電するようにしたソレノイ
ド駆動装置において、前記ソレノイドの通電オフ
時に発生する逆起電圧を検出する逆起電圧検出手
段と、検出された逆起電圧に基づいて前記電磁弁
の作動不良を判定する判定手段と、を備えたこと
を特徴とするソレノイド駆動装置の異常検出装置
。
